Power Source Problems

This may seem like an obvious one, but it’s surprising how many people fail to check the power source of their electric roller shutters when they are experiencing a problem. So, before inspect the door itself, always check the power source. Is it turned on? If so, then you can be secure in the knowledge the problem lies elsewhere.
